A sweetly vegetal green tea with complex flavor from Lai Châu in the Northwest of Vietnam.  This mountainous area is predominantly populated by the Red Dao people.

Grown at 2,200 meters in elevation on ancient trees reaching more than 10 meters tall, the rich biodiversity and natural growing conditions make their way beautifully into the cup.

Love this one!

Wonderful tea with lots of citrusy nuances when brewed as directed. I don’t think Vietnamese teas get the recognition they deserve, and this one surely deserves it.
