LIMITED RUN - Shi Feng Dragonwell Loose Leaf Tea

This true Dragonwell is the perfect meeting of sustainable, conscious farming and genuinely excellent tea.  Grown by Li Xiaoping, celebrated for her leadership in sustainable farming and conservation of the legendary Shi Feng region.   Mrs. Li grows this true Dragonwell cultivar on the shaded Shi Feng mountainside, a highly prized microclimate known for sweet mountain springs, quartz-heavy rocky soil and copious mist.

Harvested in the sought after pre-Qingming picking, these leaves were plucked March 28th and are exceptionally fresh!

As a very small company we are doing a very small run of this truly special and rather expensive tea.  Don't hold out, when it's gone, it's gone!

Steeping instructions:

Temp // 175° water, 6-8 oz

Time // 1 minute

Tea // 4 grams (Dragonwell leaves are so long and flat that they can be difficult to measure by teaspoon, but a standard 1 1/2 teaspoons is approximately 4 grams)

Dragonwell can be resteeped many times, add 15-30 seconds for each subsequent infusion).
