Mint tea, also called Maghrebi, is Morocco's national beverage. Now symbolic of the famed Moroccan hospitality, it's believed that Chinese green tea first made it's way to North Africa through British merchants in the 18th century. Paired with mint grown abundantly in Morocco and often accented with local citrus, the tea's popularity was cemented by the mid-19th century. Traditionally brewed with sugar and enjoyed in good company.
We've combined our Gunpowder Green tea with spearmint and organic orange peel for this classic Moroccan treat.
Compostable stand up pouch with reclosable zipper. (Safe for home composting but results may vary.)

We loved the subtle mint flavor gave us energy for the day .
Wonderful flavor and very comforting! Just like the mint tea I experienced in the middle east.
Just had my first taste of Moroccan Mint tea...it was absolutely wonderful! The perfect amount of mint flavor! It definitely brought back the feeling of Moroccan tea tradition in Marrakech!
